When will my click & collect order be ready?Updated 4 months ago

If all the items are located in your preferred store, we will aim to have all Click and Collect orders ready within 1 hour of placing your order.

If your order contains items that are located at another store we will do our best to have your order ready within 1 -2 business day.

If your order contains item that are located in our suppliers warehouse, we will do our best to have your order ready within 7-10 business days.

Once your order has been processed and is ready to pick up, you will receive an email saying you can head down. This is a separate email to the automatic order confirmation that you will receive as soon as you place your order on the website.

To ensure your order is ready for you, please wait for this email confirmation before coming to the store.
